What's the ratio? And how does it limit the search capacities?

I know this is an old thread, but it hasn't yet been answered yet and I think it's rather important to disclose such information (perhaps an addition to the FAQ?). A parallel ratio system I can think of is eDonkey's. It will start clipping the download rate at anything below 10KB/s. I'd just like to know what Xolox's threshold is before it start docking me. Thanks ^_^

Im not sure of the exact ratio myself but its not very strict.. @8kb/s up you can get downloads over 150kb/s
