'2500937740' is not a valid integer value'

I keep getting the message above everytime I log onto Xolox. It was working up until recently. Now I'm getting the message and Xolox doesn't log onto the network. I've installed a couple of programs recently and think there may be a conflict with something that I installed recently. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
