I forgot to mention, that sometime it will make it to 99, but then part of it will be dropped due to wrongly served information...then it either goes back to 96% and does what it did before or goes down to 62% and works it way up until it can drop more due to wrongly served information...also, i'm working on dial-up, so it's kind of slow going.
