Swapper and Win98SE

Apparently, Swapper does not function well with Windows 98SE. I have fixed some of these issues with the 2.1.x release. If you are using a version prior to that, please upgrade. That said, I believe there are still some issues with that operating system. I am in the process of trying to get a Win98 system to test on right now. Hopefully I will be able to track down the problems in a few days.
