I heard about this site today from a friend, who said I could download music onto my phone for rings. I assumed that sound clips were what this is...however I may be wrong. Where can I go to download music for rings on my cell phone? And how do I actually get them onto my phone?

I have a suspicion you misunderstood them. They were probably refering to using Limewire on the Gnutella network. This is a forum for users of Limewire to find out about problems they may be having with their software.
