Dumb newbie prob

Folks,

D'loaded a image cd and when unzipped - three files appear..

.ccd
.img
.sub

I assume I have to port these over to a cd or how do I uncompress...never seen this before..

Lost...

to un compress ,just drag and drop them to the desktop from the zip folder. and to burn them to cd i think(i think)you can use alcohol120 to do that and the cd should work. but iv never worked with image files so dont be suprized if it dosent work .
