How to access the ink levels icons for Hp deskjet 3-in-1 printer 2136 series?
Until very recently I used the following method, but now it doesn't work. 1. Open the prinrter's icon on desktop 2. Right-click on "Hp Printer Assistant" to get page showing two icons for ink levels. Many thanks in advance for your help. Joe |

This is a bit of a blind answer as I don't use Hp.
Check your programs folder(s) for Hp and see if the equivalent apps are there and open and see if it works. Make sure the printer is turned on before opening the Hp utility app. Perhaps your Hp printer support software has been updated and the ink levels are now found in a different section such as within a utilities tab. Keep checking different categories of the software to see if you can find the ink levels. There's also a chance it no longer uses icons and displays ink levels in a different manner. |
