When I choose SEND A FILE TO MAIL RECIPIENT, I am told ( IN WINDOWS 10)
to:- 1. Go to Control Panel; 2. Open Mail; 3. Click show profiles, and then
click ADD.

My problem:- When i open Control Panel, where do I find MAIL, OPEN MAIL, SHOW PROFILES, ADD ?

First I must stress, Windows is not my primary system. Those instructions do appear to be a little confusing. I don't know if this is helpful but I found this:

Other than that. There's the Mail application that has setup options. But I cannot find a profiles.
