You could email it from your phone to your pc.
Compose an email on your phone. Tap on the paperclip Icon and select the photos you want to send. Then send it the email account that you use on your pc.

Which mobile phone brand do you use?
If an iPhone you could use Air-drop to an Apple computer. But less sure about Windows PC computer. Otherwise similar to 6_pac's answer. Once you select the photo on your mobile phone, different options will show, some of which will allow you to send the photo to a different device such as via email or text (will still be a photo.)
