 I don't think that it's the song that is causing the problem rather than insufficient RAM or something else to that effect. Quiting and relaunching the app should be enough to get your player going again. Sometimes, due to insufficient RAM, you just have to wait a bit after clicking the song to play in order to listen to it. Try not to leave too many windows open and quit all idle apps since they do take RAM.
