 The instructions for setting up a static ip are basically the same for all models. There's a link to how to do it. Also it should explain in your manual how to do it. I also have a D-Link & my manual does give some explanations. Yours I suspect is this one: http://www.dlink.co.uk/?go=jN7uAYLx/...Jk6j8rFivsyg== else type in your model. Port Forward.com does not list all models. So if your model is not there it's difficult to know whether port forwarding is possible or not with it. But download the manual & have a look. Then you'll find out whether it's possible or not. Normally the steps are: 1. Set up a Static IP 2. Forward a Port 3. Force IP using 6346 within LW.
