Thumbs up MP3 Minimizer
I know a cute program with batch conversion mode, reduces up to 80 %.
It has predefined conversion modes, which helps you to decide how much to reduce the size.

Also converts wav files to reduced MP3 files.

Any thread that has been inactive for 6 months or more should be frozen so that spammers and newbies can't resurrect them.

it was not a spam, just sharing my knowledge..

No link this time, only the program name that is MP3Minimizer, just for guys who need such a program.
