Nimo Codecs
Ursula,
Thanks a lot for the info about getting to the NIMO Codecs site. I was able to download it and the VirtualDub which was stated in the DivX guide. I opened the VirtualDub 1.5.10 program and chose a mpeg movie I had downloaded. I tried "Finding ***.mpg and ***.mpeg but the error message I got was "NOT SUPPORTED: Microsoft owns U.S. patent # 6,041,345 on the ASF file format, preventing third partyapplications from extracting data from ASF files. VirtualDub no longer supports ASF. and when I tried using Windows Media Player for a .mov download all I got was a ad from ISAVECLUB.COM. I cannot understand what I am doing wrong.
