 No, no. It is not asking you to choose a minor, it's asking you to choose a mirror. lol A mirror site is basically just what it says it is: it will cast a reflection of the file you are trying to download so you'll get it faster (if you choose a mirror that is close to you). You can think the connection mirror<->site as similar to the connection sun<->moon (at night): the moon reflect the light and the mirror reflects files
