Unhappy Minidisc Help

Hello all.
can anyone help me. I have a laptop, a Sony minidisc player, Sonic Stage and loads of downloaded songs from Limewire. I don't have a CD burner. I have tried to import my downloaded songs to a minidisc but for some reason when I look for the files in SOnic Stage, they are not there. I am not very computer literate, so would somone be kind enough to explain to me, in very simple language, what the hell a have to do?
Thank you.

I would connect the line out from the soundcard and the line in on the minidisc.
Then just play the songs you would like to have on your MD and reccord them.
Perhaps there are more sophisticated ways but this will work no matter.

Does anyone know why my music takes 15-20 minutes to play when playing it in my cd player. The music is copied by a fuji blank cd.

I bought a Sony net MD a while ago which featured the OpenMG Jukebox program with it. It's basically the same, but Sonic stage is more appealing to the eye (and probably has a feature or two that OMG dosn't have).
From what I remember from when I last used OMG (it doesn't work on Macs), I had to configure the comp so that the default application for opening music files was OMG
Also, OMG had to convert the songs into another format in order to transfer them onto the net MD, meaning that I wound up with two versions of the same file.
Anyway, click Import (it should be quite visible). It should give you the option to browse your HD. Select that and go to the location of the Shared folder used by Limewire.
