Default Downloaded Movies
When I download movie files, when the action is fast it appears blurred.

whats the problem? anyone know?

Poor encoding. Whoever has encoded it has had the Motion Estimation set far too low. ie: they didn't know what they were doing! Done by a novice or just somebody who doesn't have a clue. They didn't read their manual.
