I have downloaded episodes of b****** g*******from the network but whenever I play them the sound comes 2 to 3 seconds before the video. (you hear people then you see their lips move later its pretty bad. is there a setting to fix this or are the files all screwey. please advise oh yeah BTW im using win amp to play them

I don't know what could be done to it to repair it without splitting the vid & audio tracks. It looks as though whom ever extracted & encoded it was either inexperienced or using el-cheapo softw to do it. I believe this was one of the early problems when starting with dvd's & demuxing ... the audio would end up a different length to the video. The newer softw's have overcome this (or the better ones.)
Perhaps someone else will have some advice & tools to use. I use a mac so I can't suggest anything for windows b/c the apps are totally different. |
