Well I have filtered out wmv and wma files. Most of those are spam or fake files from my experience. They can aslo contain nasty things you don't want.

Anything that asks for a license I delete immediately if not sooner. If you fill out the information they are getting information about you, that you may not want them to have.

I would also set your firewall to block any programs you use to view or play files with. ie. WMP, RP, Nero Showtime, etc., This way no information will be u/l without your knowledge.

I have had the best luck with avi, mpg, & mpeg files. A full movie will be appx. 700 MB or larger. They may aslo come in 2 or 3 parts.

Best suggestion I can give is read the forums, and use the forum search function. Upper right between f.a.q. and home. You will find invaluable information on a wide variety of subjects.
