I recently downloaded a new version of Limewire, and now when i try to re-name files the names do not change. This makes them very difficult to transfer and is really just a hassle. What is going on?

Are you trying to change the names of the files while you are in LimeWire. I think that it would work better if you clicked the explore button in the LimeWire interface and changed the names throught windoze explorer. Just right click and hit "rename". Good luck.
