#1 macs suck
#2its probobley codecs (im not shur what the mac equivelant of codecs are but with the pc the problem could be codecs) #3 i dont think there are such things as "HDTV avi" files and even if there were the amount of compression needed for sending it across the internet or storing on a computer would degrade the picture qualety so much that the advantages of hdtv would be non-existant anyway . an hour of un-compressed 1080i HDTV will consume about 200gb . compressing it to 500mb or 1gb will degrade it so its unwatchable IMHO. #4 are your speekers plugged in? do macs even have speekers? |
