I wanted to make skin cause all the ones I have seen are too bright and hard on the eyes. When I followed the instrutions on how to do it I must of missed something. Anyway i found an easier way.
Just go to the file folder of any skin ( I used the one for the pro cause I wanted the logo) then open the note pad file named theme scroll down to the window colors for example: window1_color=#FFCCFF Then go to the LWTP file, open it with note pad and make the same changes to each note pad file. hit save in note pad then change under VIEW change the skin to something else then back to the one your working on you should see the changes right away. It takes a while to learn what goes with what but once you do you can do anything. I also changed some of the icons from the file folder so they matched my colors. but be careful not to change the names of those files. once your done you can rename your new skin on both files and the old one will reappear along with your new one. Have fun. Last edited by Bunny; August 22nd, 2005 at 08:06 AM. |
