 PLEASE HELP!!! AVI format error hey, i am currently downloading (avi file) and when it transfers to media player i get a message that comes up saying "cannot play back the file. The format is not supported" Could someone with more knoledge than me please help? It would be greatly appreciated! Last edited by KathW; September 30th, 2005 at 11:54 AM.  |

| thanks for the help! when the file downloads to media player does it download to video lan as well or something? |

| In the limewire library i have 2 files saved however through video lan i cannot find them. it seems that the file being downloaded from the host is formatted for media and all i can do is press launch. |
