kill microsoft firewall

it says i have a firewall going.

i want to give some files to a friend (thru limewire)

goto tools>options>advanced>firewall config and choose UPnP

no i am saying it is the program of the gods

and it is already like that

it does this to me also and im not sure why, but as long as it runs its good, sometimes it blocks my connection cause it thinks its waiting on firewall
