Question Can someone HELP!!!!!

I am trying to download a film, When trying to preview it my media player tells me cannot render file but other films and programs will run ok what can i do ??????

You don't say which media player you are using, but try the VLC player ..This often manages to play the files that others cannot

It is a free download from http://www.videolan.org/vlc/

Hope you don't mind my butting in, but I think it's no coincidence that the files that turn out to be **** are the ones you can't preview. I just downloaded 675mb of test card, and couldn't get to preview until I got 100%.

i have the same problem too , when the files are downlaoded i open them with vlc player which is fine but i like to preview my videos and i cant find an option to change the preview opener from windows media player to vlc because windows media player wont play them

Have you made WMP your default player? Click on the link below for info
Setting default video app

If you still have trouble, you might have to change the file types that WMP associates with. Within WMP tools > options > file types. Untick the file types that you want VLC to play > apply > ok.

*You'll have to preview with VLC by opening your incomplete folder outside of LW. For some reason, VLC won't let Windows users preview within LW!
