Help me!! Screen was black & had a bar blinking at the top!

Tdot blue jays is flying high
Default Help me!! Screen was black & had a bar blinking at the top!
When I turned on my second computer, the screen was black and had a bar blinking at the top. Could anyone help me fix this!

Try to pull the plug. That should stop the blinking. Regarding the black screen, what about white paint?

It doesn't work. The screen comes back on.
