Burning DVD's

Ok so i bought and installed a lg dvd burner but when i try to burn dvds it doesn't work it always says "may not fit" and it starts burning and when the burning process is going the tray opens up at about 68%. I am using Maxwell DVD-R 4.7 GB!! So can anyone help me please
