I'm finished with my Nero Player trial period and would not like to buy it. What's the best way to uninstall it. It wouldn't be a problem but now when I try to open any media file it goes directly to Nero (but won't open because my trial period is over).
I appreciate the help. |

Nero has its own uninstall tool which you should use; you can get it here for free:
http://www.nero.com/nero6/eng/Clean_Tools.html Though I'm not sure whether it will work for Nero 7.

The best thing to do is to associate your media files with another player. You can do this by clicking on a media file in Windows Explorer, right-click the file, choose Open With.
You should now have a window that lists all the installed applications on your PC, so you can choose the player you want to use, also tick the box to open all files of that type with that player. You can do this with any files.. i.e. I have all jpgs open in my browser, it saves launching an application
