Arrow DVD rom
I have a dvd burner and a dvd rom how do I get model number, manufacter and firmware version 4 the DVD-ROM??

Are you asking about a DVD ROM disk or a piece of firmware?

As for the DVD Burner, it's information should come up when you switch on your PC and just before Windows starts up.
