 I had a similar problem with a movie I wanted to burn with Nero....Nero resized it and all, but I still got the error message after the transcoding that there was not enough room on the disc, I tried 3 times and tried 3 different discs and I still couldn't get it to work...  I ended up giving up and I used dvdsanta and it converted and burnt fine..
