Make Video Clips
 I have a video movie loaded into Nero 7. I want to edit it to make the 2 hour video into small.."mini clips" of 5 min so I can load it into photobucket. How do I do that?

I don't think that's possible using Nero since it's a burn program. You can take lots of miniclips and make it into a big one though.
You could start by telling me what format the video is (Eg. XviD , mpg etc.)

you know what you are right.. I actually had windows movie maker on my computer already and it is wonderful!!!!
