Need some help plz and ty (problems transferring to Zune & burning to CD)

Hello all

I appologize for the redundancy of this question as I am sure it has been asked many many times but I am not all that savy with computers and have a daughter that has been driving me insane with why she cannot burn a few songs to CD from LW.

She has a Zune and when she downloads songs it shows a little zune icon with each song. It doesnt appear that the songs are going to zune at all and I cannot figure how to get them there. She says zune needs to be an MP4? Is she correct?

Also I try to burn them for her onto a CD and have had no luck. I can find all songs by going into start,documents,limeiwre,saved and that screen shows a burn icon but only seems to burn the list.

When I try to send them to Microsoft Media player the MMP says it doesnt support it.

Any tips would be super helpful and will help with getting my daughter off my case : )
