download my torrents have deamontools and have winrar all installed and downloaded i also have a gateway and has home vista premium so if i could get the step thanx o one torrent after say .rar and the other is .mds

you would use winrar of course to get the file(s) out of the .rar file...
a .mds file is a disc image which can be mounted in Daemontools and used...its a file created by alcohol120%...there are also .bin and .cue files, .img files, .nrg files, .iso files...they are all disc images which can be mounted in daemon....
