Unhappy could not start listening on port 6346

Hoi,wie kan mij helpen met deze foutmelding:could not start listening on port 6346,
Als ik xolox opstart krijg ik telkens deze foutmelding,wie weet hoe ik dit kan verhelpen,ik kom er zelf namelijk niet uit.
Alvast bedankt,groetjes ronald
