Default 99% glitch?

Has anyone else had the program just stop downloading when it hits 99%? Is there a way around this without deleting the .par and resumeinfo.txt files and starting from scratch? The "Status" shows hosts connected, but the download speed is 0.0 and est. time is ??. Seems like it's stuck...

Any ideas? I've tried the obvious, pausing/unpausing, close/restart Xolox. Just wondering id there's a trick I'm missing.

BTW - I'm using Win2k SP2, don't know that it matters.
