Why 4 character as least ???
just a little question ... WHY 4 char as least ??? there is a group called 311 and i want the videos from them, but i can't search it cause the name is to short ... any solution for that ??

Find a band that has a better name...
 But all kidding aside: try "311 avi" or "311 asf" or "311 mpeg"... I guess four characters is just an arbitrary choice to limit stupid search requests like "mp3" which would yield a gazillion results and thus bog down all the servants it goes through.

just put the "311" between brackets, thus typing :
(311) should work fine, I use it to find Star Trek filenames, they are 3 caracters too ; TOS - TAS - VOY - DS9 - ENT - TNG... try it. Pete
