Hello everybody!

I've just registered though I've already been using LimeWire for a few months. This is my first time in a forum, so I'm not sure exactly how it works. So if I ask wrong questions in the wrong forum, just tell me.
My computer runs Win XP home edition, has a Pentium D processor 3.00 GHz and 2.00 Mb RAM; connection is on ADSL line, 2 Mb speed.
I subscribed PRO Version and everything was perfect; then I was offered a free update and I got the 4.13.6 Beta version. Then my problems started:
1) Downloads are SOOOO slow
2) When I copy a tune on a folder to master a CD , it disappears from the LW library and I have to search and download it again.
Any suggestion??

Hi leghorn...That doesn't sound to good, there where a few bugs in the beta 4.13.6, they are know up to 4.13.10, so you can either update your version to that or get the latest stable release which is 4.12.15...Just download it from your personal download page...

Hi, Wondering Why.
I've just followed your advice and downloaded 4.12.15 again. Shall try and see how it works. Hope no damage was done to my HD. I do have a security system against bugs . . . As you can tell, I'm a really a beginner!
