Slow downloads
Hi I am new to all this but the download speeds are always very low (between 1 and 10kbs) I have a fast (8Mb) broadband connection so dont understand why
Anyone help? Many thanks

We can't help much in this section. You should post in the client section. If you are using Bearshare then post in that section, or if using Phex post in that section, etc.
But your speeds might be related to your ISP using a p2p bandwidth shaper. Else it will be a p2p client program specific issue you will need to discuss to find the answer to.
