new limewire will not open ?

hi my name is mary,
i am running windows xp and have tried downloading limewire's new free basic program about 10 times now and the program will not open

. i am so ticked ! because i don't know what the problem is

. i have cleared all old versions from my computer and checked the firewall and it still will not open. please help
