I Tunes vs. Windows Media Player
 

I have Limewire 5.2.1 along with I Tunes and Windows Media Player. My Limewire downloads go to I Tunes and I can not copy them to a CD or an I Pod.
I would rather all downloads go to Windows Media Player so I could put songs on an I Pod or CD.
I am new at this and not tech savvy.

iTunes can burn CD's & copy to iPod. You need to set it to copy the songs across. LW's menu bar, Tools -> Options -> Downloads option you will see the option for iTunes.

Otherwise, I guess add the LW download folder as a folder to WMP. :)

Well sorry you've bought into this Huge Sham that Apple and Microshaft have Ingeniously Concocted, by having folks like yourself, either pay per download, or force You to use There BullShite software, which is where DRM comes into play.

The iPod and the Zune are two of the biggest money making Scams that has ever been Manufactured, and Marketed, and Most people don't even realize it.

Why do you think these two companies are two of the biggest and wealthiest companies around ?? Because people are gullible.

Same as the iPhone. Did You know that there is the possibility that the Government can track you with an iPhone ?? Another Apple Product that I won't be buying.

Who cares about these Big named brands ?? Get something that is simple and inexpensive, and guess what ?? NO More Headaches. There are some Great Players out there that are equivalent to the above mentioned named brands, without all of the BullShite Cost's and DRM Shite. :)

Check it out and Sh!tcan Apple and Microshaft. I don't use either of the two and never will. Other than my OS.

GPS devices have been embedded in cell phones for over 10 years...sure, you couldn't use them, but others could...

present day technology enables 'them' to turn on the mic on the phone and listen in...ANYTIME THEY WANT, WHETHER THE PHONE IS TURNED ON OR NOT!

Yup Peerless, right you are, GPS has been around for many years and that's not exactly what I was referring to.

I didn't go into details, but I was hinting more toward Spoofing and Hacking of these so called Smart Phones. I would say that the majority of the population that possess these phones don't have a clue at the dangers that may await.

Most people are all about the functions, the software and all of the bells and whistles these phones offer. MS, Apple and several other companies are doing nothing but duping there customers with Big Marketing and Ad Campaigns to Sell these highly profitable and insecured devises, without warning of the risks these phones possess.

As i said above, it's all about the Benjamins. Not the consumer.

I use a $59.00 LG that has absolutly Nothing, not even a Camera. It's just a phone and thats all I need. No MP3 Player, No Camera, No Video, No E-mail capabilities, No internet, NO Nothing. Just a Phone.

no arguments here....you must have a slightly older phone than I do as the last time I had to get a replacement I couldn't find one without a camera...mine was free though with another 2 year contract...yep, I go for the cheapest one I can get and have my provider block IMs and such as I don't want to pay for them...
