Need help

Im a newbie, and I just downloaded limewire, however i dont really know how to use it. First, I heard that some songs have viruses or something, and I want to be able to scan it, and i heard you have to right click the file, but I dont know where the file is. I just downloaded edited to conform with the simple rules of this forum..WHY DON'T YOU TAKE THE TIME TO READ THEM!!!!, but I dont know how to check if it has viruses. Ive got a viruses protector too, Trend Micro, but once again, I dont know how to make it scan the file. Can anyone help me and tell me where the file is located, and how to scan it?
Also, I have an mp3 player, but i dont know how to put the song onto it. Anyone know how?

Rules blotted in front of everyone before they sign up to the forums (guests). Forum rules blotted at top of every thread every new member sees before they become email confirmed. Forum rules blotted at top of every thread before new member makes their first post. They need to scroll down from the forum rules in order to create their first post. Now .. is there any excuse for not reading the forum rules when the new member had seen so much exposure to the forum rules? Over-exposure? Perhaps .. I don't like it myself but it does put the entire onus on the member to do the right thing. We know by the time they make their first post they have been exposed to the forum rules several times. lol

So get annoyed .. but .. it's simplicity .. the forum rules are not vast, there's not so many of them.

It comes down to the attitude of the member themselves. Are they lazy/dumb/illiterate/arrogant/? to not have read the forum rules?

Offended .. ? Well ... start off well anywhere you get good results. Do all the wrong things in beginning & reminders are given .. sometimes strongly as is described in forum rules.

It's Peerless's job to give reminders about the forum rules .. softly or with more intensity as the moderators see fit on a case to case scenario.

After all of that .. lol We do hope you get the assistance/find the information you are seeking here.

BTW if we allowed warez/copyright talk here, these forums might have been forced to close down many years ago. That's why we strongly enforce such rules.
