Cant Install! Says error reading files for writing
 

i download them!! then try to install and it says... Error opening files for writing. and it only gives me the option to Abort or try again...

and it soes the same stuff.

i need help :bangh:

I presume you are using Windows ... which Windows version is it?

Try this approach http://www.gnutellaforums.com/333278-post2.html & if using Vista, right-click installer & choose to run as Admin, likewise do same for LW shortcut after installing.

Another option is to choose a different location for installing LW.

and it says it cant the uninstall exe file.

i dunno what that is.

and it seems to not be there in the limewire folder. :bangh:

You also tried installing to a different location? Perhaps even a different partition?

You can also try his version: Download ‘Other’ version & simply unzip & use!. It's called Other Systems (OS/2, Solaris, Linux) which also works on Windows. Other LW releases Download page.

I'd suggest you run CCleaner again & choose Registry tab. Having an incomplete installation is not good for the system. ;)

how can i put my old theme.. black and pink...

Unfortunately LW 5 does not accept skins. Not yet, & probably not for at least another 6 months.
