 Error 1402 could not open key
Hello everyone, this is my first post to the site and hope that someone can help me on this subject.
Adobe reader is trying to install 9.1.3 but it is failing due to the above mentioned erro.The instruction on the error says to verify that you have sufficient access to that key which I have followed and gone into the registry at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURR ENT VERSION\RUN\OPTIONAL COMPONENTS\MSFS
and ticked the relevant boxes for full permission but it still does not install.
I then tried to uninstall the existing Adobe reader 9.1.1. but it will not uninstall either due to the same error.
I would appreciate some information if anyone can give.
