limewire wont load

my new lime wire program that I have just purchased always says no internet connection and before I actually purchased a program I never had a problem' what can I do? I am not sure of the version I just know that it is the one for 13.95 Dan.

Firstly look at If LW 5 Will Not Connect.

If nothing there fixes the problem, then supply create a new thread here: Connection Problems - Gnutella Forums (click the New Thread button near top left of page) and supply these details: System details - help us to help you (click on blue link)
