hi all

i just want to say i'm a newbe here... so... hi all... first off... limewise is amazing... and i just want to thank you guys for keeping it going, secondly... i've noticed there's a lot of viruses being passed around limewire... i really don't know what you guys have as far as antivirus software goes... but your "so called" antivirus programs aren't doing their job, if you guys would just download the avast home edition... and rescan your files... then i don't have to work my *** off stopping every 20 god damn seconds... and deleting your infected files... and oh... by the way guys... i don't want your little pets... you can keep them damn things to yourself, by the way... while we're on the subject... what's up with the damn child porn... if you perverted m.f.'s don't have anything better to do with your time... than to watch freaking child porn... then you don't need to be on lime wire... you need to go to jail just like the rest of the perverted m.f.'s that are out there!!!!!!!!!

What is shared on the network is up to individuals. Nobody can really stop them unfortunately. But you can filter out most child porn, porn & much other spam using keyword filtering; see Keyword & extension filter words to Add. Perhaps also see http://www.gnutellaforums.com/tips-t...avoidance tips and How to find music

LW does not have an anti-virus built in. What it does is prevent a certain small percentage of known virus files from being downloaded. :)
