When opening Cabos, a window opens saying "Java software cannot be loaded"

Just joined hoping to find a fix for Cabos problem. When I open Cabos a window opens saying "Java software cannot be loaded". Has anyone encountered this problem and if so, were you able to fix it? Thanks in advance!
