Limwire Library to Itunes library

My ipod got messed up yesterday--I used a program to fix it and I have numerous songs now with only 1 second of rubbish on my ipod--All the files are in my limewire library and i want to move them from Limewire library into Itunes again but I cant figure out how to do so. Please help rather than d/l all of the songs that are messed up like i have been doing since 8 this morning and only fixed 100..
