![]() ok i got it figured out. Friend of mine told me it has to do with a file called 'Program' in the c:\ directory. happens to Win XP Pro users. or should i say, for people who downloaded xp off the web. (dont ask me how it knows, i was told this). so, what you do is delete the file 'Program' in the c:\ directory, if you have it. That worked for me. If you dont have one or dont see it, might want to change your view options in folders that will let you see hidden files. I THINK, this may be what is causing those InstallDevice errors. Could be wrong though. Anyone who does this and works, post a reply saying it worked. |
