stupid installer, stupid programmers? : )
So, if an upgrade of LW can't be installed into the default (previously installed) dir (it can't, won't run), why not have it check for a previous install and/or clean up the old dir? Huh? Huh? Answer me!

Oh, and if there's anything you don't like about the preceding post, why not have a real support address and staff rather than a please-do-our-support-for-us type forum? At least as an option?

LimeWire provides email support, for the users who have actually purchased LimeWire Pro. i do not know of any company that provides support for freeware applications.
in addition, if you would really like an aswer, how about asking in a much nicer manner?  zbell
