I never had the uninstall option because the installation process never finished. Therefore, I was without that option from the beginning. And I don't think it's a matter that I'm on a university network, I think the problem is local here.

Any other ideas?

BTW.. thanks so much for being so prompt and helpful. I really need to get this taken care of ASAP.
