1628 Error on Purchased version of LimeWare

I just purchased the regular (not international) version of the LimeWare software.

While installing it I got the message stating that a java download/install had to be done so I went and had it downloaded and installed. After it installed the LimeWare install hung up so I aborted the install. I then tried to reinstall the LimeWare program that I purchased and am getting an error message "1628: Failed to complete installation" and I can't get past it.

I went to this user forum and found out that I shouldn't have aborted the install but too late ... another post stated that if I install the International version this would be a work-around for this error.

Since I purchased the software so as not to have the annoying advertisements but more because I believe in the peer-to-peer philosophy of file sharing, will the International version install be the equivalent of the regular version that I purchased - with NO BANNERS?
